Kundalini Yoga is a simple yet powerful tool to boost your health and wellbeing. It supports the nervous and endocrine systems and aligns body, mind and soul which provides you with a sense of grounding, direction and calmness. Instead of acting from fear, one acts from deep trust in themselves and life.
Kundalini Yoga supports a calmer mind, regulated nervous system, heightened awareness around breath, patterns and our inner narratives we keep telling ourselves on a daily basis. As one becomes more conscious, vitality and creativity are invigorated and life begins to flow with greater ease.
Classes are held in English and German:
English — every Tuesday 8.00 pm CET.
German — every Wednesday 8.00 pm CET.
